I found this Midorikawa at a liquor store I dropped by. I drank it for the first time. The liquor store had pamphlets and sweets with Midorikawa's name on them. I didn't buy it, though (laughs). (I didn't buy any, but I laughed.) There were several types of sake, and the first one was the Junmai type. The rice is polished to 60% and the alcohol content is 15.5 degrees. The smell, the color, and even the taste are sharp and refreshing, not unlike Junmai. It goes down easily in the mouth, and the aftertaste gives you a little bit of the sake (junmai) flavor. It gives the impression of being a standard sake that is very easy to drink. Based on my experience so far, I think this sake will become more mellow and satisfying to drink if you let it sit for a day. It also tastes good lukewarm. So I'll save half of it for tomorrow! It's March from tomorrow. Will we finally have more opportunities to go out drinking? I'm looking forward to the warmer weather as well ^ ^. P.S. I knew it! It's good to drink after leaving it for a day or two! I love this Midorikawa!
