I went to Kofu City in Yamanashi Prefecture on a business trip. To tell the truth... I don't remember ever drinking (consciously) sake from Yamanashi before. That's why I went to a shop in front of the station. There are a lot of local sake on display, but I was attracted by the words "Risshun morning pressing" that caught my eye. It was the last drop left in the shop! I was blessed with such an opportunity. This is the most impressive beer I drank today. Sweet and fruity. I enjoyed it with Houtou, a specialty of Yamanashi. It goes well with miso of Houtou. I wonder if it is a good match of local products. I don't have many impressions, but as a reminder for myself, I'd like to share my first visit to Yamanashi. By the way, I drank wine, too, but it was delicious〜!
