Today I'm in Tendo City, Yamagata Prefecture. When I was walking around the city after work, I found a Dewazakura factory! There was a sake I wanted to drink, but I took a chance and bought some Dewazakura at a liquor store next to the factory. I bought a 720ml bottle for my home and a cup to drink at the hotel. Dewazakura is said to be the sake which made Ginjo-shu popular among people. One cup has a wide opening, so the aroma spreads at once. The rice that has been cut down to 50% has a fruity and elegant taste that is sure to please. Banana? I feel the sweetness like a banana. Haven't had a one-cup in a long time, but it's gotten so much better! The main purpose is Junmai Nama Genshu. I am looking forward to it after returning ^ ^.
