Rice used: 100% Akebono from Okayama Prefecture
You can feel the sweetness like a fruit in the mouth and the back of the throat.
It is a sake to enjoy the sweetness of the rice.
It is a ginjo-shu that you can easily drink at home.
Somehow, I think it will taste better after a few more days.
It's fun to see how sake changes after you open the bottle!
