Purchased with Kumo from the same brewery. This one is richer with a robust rice flavor. The local Sakonishiki was gone in no time at all, even though it was my first time drinking it cold.
A rare sake with low production. We tasted it at a ryokan in Unnan City, where the sake brewery is located. It has a slightly peculiar and deep flavor.
A deliciously spicy sake.
It has a rich aftertaste that is more intense than light and leaves a delicious flavor on the palate.
The aroma is a little peculiar.
It is refreshing and tasty when heated.

Kisugi Sake Brewery in Unnan City
In Osaka, Haretoke sells this sake, but I've never had it because of its dry and heated atmosphere 😁.
Polishing ratio 55%, Sakonishiki from Unnan city, 15-16 degrees, Sake degree +8-9
1980 yen
It is a bit difficult to drink due to the graininess and complexity of the flavor. The second half is sharp and dry.
It is still a heated sake type.

I've been curious about this place for a long time.
A little maniacal sake brewery!
I will have a glass of cold sake in a wine glass to taste it.
After drinking it, I personally think it would be better heated... 🤔💭.
I'm looking forward to compare the drinks as I'm also holding off on Junmai 💕.
I put too much in a wine glass and it looks bad... wow!

Left is the taste of aging
Aroma: Smooth attack. The taste is firm and delicious, but the mouthfeel is light. It goes in smoothly and is light and full-bodied.
It is sweet but has an ABV of 19°. It tastes like a port wine, so you can't be too careful.
