Friday, the last day of April. I've been curious about the distinctive label of Hyakujuro for a while, but I've never had it. This is a Junmai Daiginjo with a black face from the lineup. The rice is polished to 50%. When you open the bottle, you can smell a faint ginjo aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it also has a faint ginjo feeling. Even if you keep it in your mouth for a while, it doesn't spread much. Is it a little watery? It passes through the throat with the feeling of rice (not sweetness). Recently, there have been many fruity daiginjos, but this was the first time in a long time that it was an assertive drink. But there's an aroma deep inside! I have a feeling that it will become more profound after a night, I'm looking forward to it! This is the kind of sake you want to drink with food, not on its own. I'm also curious about the Junmaishu, so I'll give that a try next time I see it!
