I had been wanting to drink this sake since I saw it on Instagram 🍶. When I decided to go on a business trip to Hiroshima, I found a store where I could purchase it and bought it immediately! The gasiness and the smooth sweetness of the lees are pleasant! It is more refreshing than it looks, and is the kind of sake I like to drink while sitting under the kotatsu on a snowy night! No snacks

Long time no see 🍶 hot sake On a business trip to Hiroshima, I had a glass of local sake with local cuisine. Mild and tasty. You can enjoy the change in temperature as you gradually lower the temperature. Sea urchin hollen and oysters baked in foil with soybean paste as snacks!

I sent a shochu and received this sake in return 🍶. It has a gentle, soft koji aroma that you can smell as soon as you open the bottle. The taste is mellow and sweet, and the freshness of the freshly squeezed flavor is good. It is a rich sake that should be enjoyed while savoring it slowly.
