This is my favorite restaurant, but it was the first time they had beef tongue on the menu and I ordered it and it was excellent! It was a great combination with sake 😊.
As expected of Kudokidokutei and Omachi!
The flavor and sweetness of Omachi rice is brought out, and the ginjo aroma is gorgeous and gentle, typical of Kudokidokute. It is a perfect sake from the first sip to the last aftertaste.
