It was apparently a sake sold at a supermarket in Tsuruoka.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo with a good balance of umami, sweetness, and acidity, which is typical of Kudokidokutei, but it is a very cost-effective sake.

The gentle mouthfeel is well balanced with the gentle aroma and flavor that comes later. It is a sake to be drunk slowly, calmly, and gradually.
