It is a sake to be enjoyed with autumnal delicacies, with a sense of maturity of hiyaoroshi.
Accompanied by takoyaki octopus with parmesan cheese いのしんThe umami of rice and a hint of sweetness are exquisite. The sharp dryness that comes later is also pleasant and not too dry. It is a beautiful sake with a sharp sharpness while also having a touch of sweetness.
