This was wonderful! Maybe the best I've had in a while. What is RAIMEI is a mystery to me, but I guess it's the shock of deliciousness. ⚡️ It is a sake with a good total balance of fruity feeling, acidity and sharpness, which is the specialty of Takachiyo Shuzo! Accompanied by saikyo-yaki yellowtail!
