It's been a while since I've had hanashimi🍶. It was mixed in with Kudokibe and Eikofuji, but I thought it was a sake that could compete with them, although I may be patronizing to the locals. Junodai Nama is a sake that you should try. I served it with white meat fish with liver sauce.
