なが造HyperSometimes I want to try a different kind of sake.
So I chose Raifuku Strawberry Flower Yeast by Raifuku Shuzo.
Spring is the season of strawberries, so it is perfect.
The aroma was of strawberries...or not...my pollen-stricken nose couldn't tell at all (laugh).
Let's drink it after regaining our composure. I can faintly taste strawberry flavor at the end of drinking...I think. This is the limit for my rough palate (laugh). なが造HyperIt was very easy to drink.
We enjoyed it with rice cooked with bamboo shoots and simmered bamboo shoots.
Delicious. えっさI stopped by to make an appointment and was pleasantly surprised to hear "I'm in now🌸" 😆.
I got it even though it's not in the stores yet🙇.
I am looking forward to drinking and comparing the various pink draft sake that are now available. えっさImanishi Shuzo, the brewer of Nara's "Mimurosugi", and Nishida Shuzo, the brewer of Akita's "Tazake", have both brewed Junmai Ginjo OD ODYOMARI using "Watarifune No.2" rice polished to 56%.
I bought this to compare.

I bought this one because it is a collaboration with a good rice.

There seems to be a lot of them, so I guess I didn't need to make a reservation this year.
