Home brewed Otsuka Sake Brewery Smells like yogurt or cheese. Strong and rich. But the acidity is strong, so it's good👍. It goes better with grilled tongue than sashimi. I'll drink it cold today but after tomorrow I'll try heating it up 👀. Looking forward to it😊

Hasegawa Sake Brewery Mail Order It's like the aroma of small flowers. It is clear and the rice comes in at the end. It is dangerous to drink because of its low alcohol content (13%). Goes well with chilled tomatoes and mayonnaise 🍅.

Iwanagaya Sake Shop You can't tell what kind of sake it is from the front label💦. Sweet and sour sake just like the back label says. It's so fresh it's hard to believe it's fire-brewed! Delicious 😝. It's fun to see the flavor change with temperature while drinking it dickily: ♥️ Kimoto written in hiragana sounds like something different!

Home brewing Sake merchant Tajiri Honten Purchased on a trip. It was drunk at a tavern and tasted good. Sweet aroma and full flavor. It finishes with a slight bitterness after it wears off quickly. Holy crap, I love it in summer sake. Goes well with marinated tomatoes and cucumbers.

Home drinking Sake merchant Tajiri Honten (traveler's destination) Lychee or noble fruit. Sweet like cotton candy. Light, slightly effervescent. Sake so light and slightly effervescent that you wonder if it is really rice. It's low alcohol (13°) but you don't feel like you're missing anything 😆4 bottles gone 🍃🌀🍃. If I come across it again, I'd like to buy it.

Drinking at home and a certain K liquor store This sake is more than 8 years old. Purchased at a cheap price (about 600 yen) from a liquor store where it was stored in the fridge. Not disgusting at all💦. Slightly sweet and cuts through smoothly. Tastes better hot than cold. ♥️ Hohoho and comforting. I think I'll buy it again.
