Not too sweet, not too acidic, and easy to keep drinking ✌😚🍺.
As it says it is a food sake, it was good with potato salad, daikon radish and tuna.

It's a low alcohol (12%) but on the rocks it's refreshing and summery 🤗✨.
I like light and acidic sake because of the hot weather.
The sake flavor gets stronger as the temperature goes up, but it's not enough 💦It goes well with mentaiko fries ❤.
