Home-drinking Wine Shop Watanabe The aroma is just as it says, muscat 🍇. Light and easy to drink with some acidity 😮-. Not too sweet but good for the hot and humid days to come 🙆‍♀️ Maybe it's my assumption, but I think it goes well with green snap peas and yuzu kosho snacks 🪇.

Home Drinking Arai Sake Shop We followed the liquor store's recommendation to keep the sake chilled to a crisp 😆! We followed his advice 😆. It feels so light that it is hard to believe it is Yamahai. The acidity and umami are rice-like! A mysterious sake! Goes well with walnut moromi miso and crackers❤.

Home brewing at Tatsumiya Sake Brewery The label gave the impression of winter-like coldness. The taste is just right with a little bit of sweetness. It finishes with bitterness. More suitable for hash browns than for oden. Surprisingly good with junky snacks too!

Iwanagaya Sake Shop Purchased because of the sake-unlike packet. I expected it to be sweet and sour in my own imagination 😂. At first, less sweetness and dryness. A little fluffy mild sweetness comes. It was a royal sake than the image on the packet ‼️

Yoda Shoten Acid and umami. Lightly matured feeling! Complex sweetness like brown sugar. Paired with grilled beef with grated radish and octopus basil salad. I don't mind the alcohol feel if you have snacks. 🙆‍♀️ Lazy food wine.

Home brewed, received as a gift. Fairly dry nigori sake. The alcohol content is also quite high at 19 💦. No sweetness, so I regret trying to heat it up 😭 It was delicious with lemon and soda water 😋🍋.
