Home-drinking Akashiya Shoten The aroma is a little but fragile scent of Japanese sweets. Oh✨love it👏. Sweetness is moderate and crisp at the end. It's 17 degrees, so be careful or you'll be in trouble💦. I've had many snacks with it, from salt tongue to chestnut kinton, but it's a good drink for anything. 👍🏾

Home brewing at the Yakoya Sake Brewery New Year's sake for 2024 (1). It is a luxurious bottle in our family's opinion! Beautiful taste. Rice, fruits, nuts, various tastes, but well balanced (≧∇≦)b It goes well with chestnut kinton, yuzu daikon, and kamaboko for Osechi ❤.

Home drinking Kanaya Sake Brewery The aroma of the supernatant is Yakult ((((o(**p*))))). The supernatant alone is sweet and bitter. When mixed with the lees, it is balanced and creamy too! There is also a sense of schwag. I didn't detect much lemon🍋💦. Goes well with tomato salad🥗.

It definitely has a strong sweetness, but it also has acidity and bitterness, so it seems to be well balanced. 🙆‍♀️ It goes better with fried breast meat than negitoro. Yamagata's sake is delicious (*´~*)ŧ'"ŧ'"ŧ'"

home brew kigawaya Purchased on a trip to Shonai, Yamagata ⭕. Yummy 🤗✨ Very much to my liking💕 So clear and beautiful, like a fruit ✨. It goes well with vinegared motenohokai (edible chrysanthemum) and chilled tomatoes. It's still great with local products: ‼️ I will buy again next year ‼️
