Home brewing at Saito Sake Brewery
This is the first time I have had Yamae Nishiki.
The aroma is refreshing❀. (*´▽`*)❀.
Light in summer, it goes well with summer vegetables!
Goes well with cold tomatoes, grilled Kamo eggplant, and flatfish carpaccio❤.
I want to chase it with different sake rice.
I want to try different sake rice and enjoy it in various ways 🥰.
