ニーコhome brew kigawaya Purchased on a trip to Shonai, Yamagata️⭕️ This one is delicious too♥️ Tastes like pear🍐. Goes well with salad of Chinese cabbage. It cuts after a thicker flavor than Yami Narishuiki 💪. I can never go wrong with Yamagata sake 🤔

ニーコhome brewed kigawaya Purchased on a trip to Shonai, Yamagata️⭕️ Sake degree -15 indicated at the store. It definitely has a strong sweetness, but it also has acidity and bitterness, so it seems to be well balanced. 🙆‍♀️ It goes better with fried breast meat than negitoro. Yamagata's sake is delicious (*´~*)ŧ'"ŧ'"ŧ'"

ニーコHome drinking Receipt Snappier than the packet seems. After a little sweetness, it was cut off by bitterness. Good when paired with gingerbread and macaroni salad. 🙆‍♀️ Seems to be easy to match with home snacks.

ニーコhome brew kigawaya Purchased on a trip to Shonai, Yamagata ⭕. Yummy 🤗✨ Very much to my liking💕 So clear and beautiful, like a fruit ✨. It goes well with vinegared motenohokai (edible chrysanthemum) and chilled tomatoes. It's still great with local products: ‼️ I will buy again next year ‼️

ニーコHome Drinking Otsuka Sake Brewery Awesome 😱! The color is as pale as barley tea! Both flavor and acidity are strong. Goes well with chapchae or other strong flavored snacks 🍗🍻. I drank it cold this time, but it is also good hot.

ニーコHome brewing Arai Sake Shop Smells like lemon cream 🍋. Rice feeling with temperature ‼️ Delicious 😯 ̖́-︎ I keep wanting to feel it again and again 💦 and the cup keeps going up. It also has a dark sweetness. Goes well with smoked salmon salad with lemon ❤❤❤❤❤. I would buy it again.

ニーコhome brewing, a gift from the house! Golden than I thought! Sweet aroma like sake lees. It was easy to match with snacks though it's very tangy. It went well with sea bream sashimi and even potatoes in meat sauce 🍝.

ニーコdrinking at home Hasegawa Sake Shop Mail Order Sweet and gorgeous aroma. Clear cut from the sweetness of the rice ✨. Beautiful sake. I bought this sake because Kagoshima sake is rare. It goes well with scallop sashimi and vinegared scallops. It also goes surprisingly well with skinned potato fries (**□`*).

ニーコHome brewing Hasegawa Sake Shop Mail order I wonder if this is the last summer sake of the season. It has a strong umami taste at first but it is short. It has a good sharpness like a summer sake. 🙆‍♀️ I had an image of Kitashizuku as heavier.

ニーコHasegawa Sake Brewery Mail Order It's like the aroma of small flowers. It is clear and the rice comes in at the end. It is dangerous to drink because of its low alcohol content (13%). Goes well with chilled tomatoes and mayonnaise 🍅.
