It's a low alcohol (12%) but on the rocks it's refreshing and summery 🤗✨.
I like light and acidic sake because of the hot weather.
The sake flavor gets stronger as the temperature goes up, but it's not enough 💦It goes well with mentaiko fries ❤.

It has a thick, floral honey flavor.

I could not detect any aroma when it was cold. When the thin veil dissolves in the mouth, the aroma of wood comes to the nose.
It accepts anything from chicken tataki to vinegared cucumber (🥒-᎑-🥒).

I paired it with yellowtail sashimi, boiled snap peas with salt, and chives, and they all accepted it!

It feels so light that it is hard to believe it is Yamahai.
