home brewing Midoriya Sake Brewery Bottle that could be used as a single-flower vase👍 Aroma of lactic acid bacteria drink Almost like makgeolli. First time to make a water yeast and low alcohol. Ahhhh delicious 🤗✨ If you weren't told it was sake, you wouldn't even know you were drinking it 💦. Light, so it's easy to drink. Goes well with chicken hot pot ❤.

Home-drinking wine store WINE SHOP WATANABE Gentle aroma like cotton candy. Unlike the hard-edged image on the label, there is a little juiciness. The taste is gentle and nostalgic. Soft taste of rice. My favorite type. Kaki-no-tane, pickled horse mackerel with nanbanzuke, dressed bean sprouts, and any snacks at home. 🙆‍♀️

Home brewing at a liquor store Sake that had been closed for about 6 years at the liquor store. It's hard to believe it's a raw sake 😂. Calm. You can feel the freshness about 6 meters away. The aroma is damp, like an old farm barn. It seems to have a nostalgia that accepts any snacks.

Home brewing at Saito Sake Brewery This is the first time I have had Yamae Nishiki. The aroma is refreshing❀. (*´▽`*)❀. Light in summer, it goes well with summer vegetables! Goes well with cold tomatoes, grilled Kamo eggplant, and flatfish carpaccio❤. I want to chase it with different sake rice. I want to try different sake rice and enjoy it in various ways 🥰.

Home brewing at Said Sake Shop. I know what it means to be called an adult lemon squash. ‼️ First time capturing beetles. Same low-alcohol, summer sake as Sesemune, but completely different taste💦. Good for first time sake drinkers👍
