Home Drinking Otsuka Brewery Holy shit, I love it! Delicious ♥️ I like all the sweetness, dryness, acidity and rice taste. Makes me want to buy repeats 🔁. It's sizzling but doesn't seem to be fizzy, and goes well with tomato salad and French dressing (**□`*). I wonder if Turtle Tail fits my favorite type. ⁉️

home brewing otsuka liquor store Hojicha Bali Tea 🤎 When served cold, the preconceived notion of the color makes it seem watery and floaty. When warmed up to lukewarm, the rice flavor comes out as indicated by the label on the bottle. The rice flavor comes out as the label on the bottle says. It can be served with anything, such as simmered vegetables, rape blossoms in ponzu sauce, potato galette, etc. 🙆‍♀️‼️ It's not watery even if it's cold if you have it with snacks lol.

Home-drinking Matsuzaki Shinjuku Kawagoe Aroma is domestic fruit. The aroma is Japanese fruit, and the taste is light and crisp. It doesn't have much of a sake feel to it, I drank it so easily that I finished the whole bottle 💦.

Home drinking, gifted to me. It's supposed to be very dry but I don't think it was dry. It has sweetness of rice, which is my favorite type 😆. You can keep drinking it lazily. It's perfect for Osechi cuisine👍

Home brew Sake-no-Osaka-ya Purchased on a trip to Nagano. Gentle rice face ☺️ The flavor seems to change easily in proportion to changes in temperature. I didn't know the rice or milling ratio, but it felt strange in many ways💦. It goes well with hijiki stew and grilled mackerel❤.

Okazaki Sake Brewery Purchased at the brewery on a trip to Nagano. It was 1,300 yen cheaper. Oh! Strange taste! But delicious! Delicate sweetness of Japanese sweets And a touch of dryness, too. Not easy to buy again, but if I get nearby, I want to buy it at the brewery😍.

Ahhhh delicious 🤗✨ If you weren't told it was sake, you wouldn't even know you were drinking it 💦. Light, so it's easy to drink. Goes well with chicken hot pot ❤.

Home-drinking wine store WINE SHOP WATANABE Gentle aroma like cotton candy. Unlike the hard-edged image on the label, there is a little juiciness. The taste is gentle and nostalgic. Soft taste of rice. My favorite type. Kaki-no-tane, pickled horse mackerel with nanbanzuke, dressed bean sprouts, and any snacks at home. 🙆‍♀️
