Hana-kun of Mimuro cedar.
The bottle is opened to reveal a carbonic acidic fizz.
It has a sweet aroma, but it is not sweet, but rather alcoholic and somewhat spicy, making it easy to drink.

On the first day of a three-day weekend, the much-anticipated Junmai Daiginjo from Amami was opened with full anticipation!
When you open the bottle, there is a slight bubbling and the very nice smell of rice comes first.
The first thing that hits you is the very nice smell of rice. The spiciness is refreshing and light in the mouth, and as soon as you think it's spicy, you feel the gorgeousness.
It is a quintessential Amami.

The first day of GW is the first time in a long time that I have had an otter, and the first time I have had a sparkling one.
The aroma of rice, peachy sweetness, and the umami of rice for a polished sake, making it a refreshing drink.

It is fruity as rumored.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a sweet and mellow aroma, but it tastes refreshingly delicious.
It is not too sweet and is easy to enjoy.

When I opened it, I was surprised to find it was sparkling. The bubbles were so strong that I wondered if it was really sake.
After the sparkling carbonation, the sweetness of the rice spreads quickly. It's really delicious!

Junmai Daiginjo from Jyosu Mori
This is a fairly sweet sake, more like a wine than a sake.
From the moment you put it in your mouth, the juiciness spreads and the mellow aroma seems to pass through. Very slight carbonation that makes your tongue tingle.
I recommend it for sake beginners. I'm a beginner, too!
Serve with sushi.

The first bottle after New Year's is Hououmita Black Phoenix.
At first, it comes in easily like water, and then it simply goes away without any miscellaneous flavors.
The flavor spreads and is fruity.
I enjoyed it with sukiyaki!

The second bottle of the New Year's holiday is Jikin's Special Junmai Raw!
At first, it goes in easily, and soon the fruity taste comes and goes. It's easy to drink and you won't believe it's a special junmai.

I've been wondering about Akabue. dinner with my wife on the first day of GW.
