常に初陣
This is my first Hirotogawa. I had heard that this sake was delicious.
It was tangy, spicy, and had a mildly astringent taste.
It was the first time in a while that I felt the weight of rice, as I have been enjoying sweet and fruity sakes recently.
It seems to go well with sweet and spicy snacks rather than salty ones.
Pairing︰Sushi, shiitake mushroom, crab miso
