This is my first time to try Hiran. This is a young sake that I was curious about!
Slight bubbles that burst when the bottle is opened.
The aroma is understated but sweet, like pineapple.
It has a soft acidity on the tongue, and it disappears refreshingly at the end, without any bitterness or alcohol.
I could drink as many glasses as I want.
It is a quality I would like to make a regular sake!
Pairing︰Spring rolls of mackerel, turnip, ham, green laver and nori, avocado and Aletta steamed with garlic oil
