It is the first Niidashi Zenju, Odayaka no Omachi.
The bottle opens gently.
It has a tomato-like aroma, an earthiness that gives it a twang, and a clean aftertaste.
But it has a deep texture on the tongue. It also has an astringent taste like smoke.
