Snow Crescent by Koei Chrysanthemum.
It's Peach Festival and I drank all the Momoten yesterday, so I decided to open this one.
Slightly effervescent, the lid almost flew off like champagne when I opened the bottle.
The aroma is of sweet rice with a hint of apple.
The taste is slightly spicy, nigori but dry.
But you can taste both sweetness and sourness, and it just keeps going and going.
It goes well with the basil flavor, but it would also go well with anything sweet and spicy or a refreshing snack!
