My first sake from Aichi, Ko no Tsukasa's Silver World.
My wife drank it at the store and recommended it highly.
I was told to be careful opening the bottle, but it didn't take much time.
It has a sweet apple-like aroma.
It has a piquant, slightly effervescent taste and you can really taste the rice.
It is sweet, juicy, and nigori delicious!
Pairing is oden.
