Amami's light nigori, also known as Momoten.
It was sold out at all the liquor stores in my neighborhood, but I was delighted to find it on sale at the first liquor store I went to.
The label is cute and spring-like.
When the bottle was opened, the aroma was subdued but gorgeous, like pineapple.
It is slightly sparkling, has a refreshing acidity, and is sweet but not too sweet, making it a good food sake!
I knew Tenbi was delicious!
I really liked the taste.
