This is the debut of Tsuchida Sake Brewery and Shintschida, which I have been curious about.
First of all, I was surprised by its yellow color.
It has a strong aroma like banana, smoked in a wooden barrel, and a flavor similar to whiskey.
The taste is a complex combination of sweet, sour, and pungent flavors, which is in line with the previous reputation of a complex taste.
The rice flavor was also strong, and went better with rich soy sauce-based dishes than salt!
This sake goes well with any number of sweet and spicy green onions.
Pairing: Chicken wings, leeks and boiled egg with sweet and spicy sauce, tazuki, broccoli and spinach with soy sauce malted rice mayo, avocado
