Long time no see, Sara.
I can't convert it, so I used katakana.
The slanting label seems to be very unusual. It is a good point of view.
Unfortunately, it was properly chilled, so the cork didn't fly out.
The aroma is zingy...no, it also has a hint of sweetness.
It is quite a complex aroma.
The mouthfeel is soft.
The sweetness comes first, but then you feel the spiciness. I wonder if the alcohol content of 16% is responsible for this (what is this expression? lol).
It's like you don't get tired of drinking it.
For me, the second day was a bit rounder and I liked it better.
However, I would prefer it to be a little lower in alcohol content.

In case you are wondering, it goes very well with the cod roe I bought in Fukuoka!
Let's keep this as a record.
