What is that? I have never heard of it.
I asked Dr. Google and he said it is made from No. 9 yeast.

The aroma is a first for me and I'm thrilled.
Sweet, yet ricey!
Noooo! Rice flavor? (I'm not really good at rice flavor.)
(I'm not a big fan of the rice flavor.) I took a bite, thinking, "Oh, that's it..."...
Soft, with some riceiness on the outside.
This is not bad.
The aftertaste is spicy with 17% alcohol content, and it seems to disappear quickly.
The spiciness and tingling sensation remains.
As the temperature rises, the rice feeling becomes stronger, so I personally want to finish it before that happens.
No change after a week.
It is easy to drink.
It is 17 degrees Celsius though.
