Summer's coming and going drinking comparison.
Three mermaids!
The stockers are getting overwhelmed and I must digest them soon.
2022
2023
2024
No one this year lol.
Only 2022 has a frequency of 12.5 and the others are 13%. It is a low alcohol.
Sake rice is 100% Yamadanishiki.
Before I get drunk, let me write a review.
First, the aroma. 2022 has a very light (hmmm, vocabulary...), 2023 has a hint of watermelon, and 2024 has the sweetest aroma.
Taste.
The older the wine, the more acidic it tasted, and the newer the sweeter.
Is it safe to say that the correct aging had taken place? I think my preference would be 2024 - ohmine is probably more correct to drink immediately. In my opinion.
But 2022 was soft and mellow, so not bad at all.
And I am confident that if shuffled I would surely not be able to tell the difference lol (I have a stupid tongue).
I can't tell when I'm already drunk.
I've opened three bottles, so it's an ohmine festival for the time being.
