100% Yamashu No. 4 The label said it had a crisp, clear taste. However! In my opinion It was like a trotting sweetness spreading out. It may be clear with little aftertaste, but it was more colorful than monochrome (according to our comparison). There was a slight gassy feeling. On the second day, the gassiness was gone. It went very well for a 15% sake, and I drank about 3.5 gou of it, which was too much lol. However, the second day's sensation was less gassy, and it may have been clearer. Was the fermentation process advanced due to the amount of air in the bottle? (How could that be?). Well, well, I think it can be said to be a typical Kangiku sake. I am not sure about the sake rice called Yamashu, but it is descended from Yamadanishiki, and I felt that tendency was strongly expressed in this sake. I liked it.
