Purchased at Yunokuni no Mori, a stopover on a trip to Ishikawa. Here you can experience various crafts, Kutani pottery making, glass craft, lacquering, gold leaf, buckwheat noodle making...etc. It is a vast site with many natural and art works and beautiful scenery including the buildings. Too much fun. The children experienced maki-e and I bought myself a Kutani Yaki porcelain sake cup. The sake here is Kanazawa "Nakamuraya" by Nakamura Sake Brewery in Kanazawa City. This sake was specially labeled as a Noto reconstruction support sake. Ishikawa is also home to many sake breweries, which have been directly or indirectly affected by the earthquake. Ishikawa's form is stylish in design. Stylish. A portion will be donated to the relief efforts. We bought a bottle of sake at this brewery as part of our visit to the hot spring resort area. We had originally planned to enjoy a sake comparison at a nearby bar in the evening, but we gave up due to lack of time. I would like to have a second chance, But Yamanaka Onsen town is clean, spacious, and fun. I would like to go back. I chose a junmai sake with a lion (probably) on it. The label is also cute, with an owl and an ogre on it.
