金猫魔
Today was the middle day of a three-day weekend and a Buddhist memorial service.
I haven't seen my relatives in a long time. I have a lot of relatives. Some of them have grown up, some are born, some are dead, some are married, some are divorced. It was interesting to see them because we don't meet them unless we have such an opportunity. Such connections are important. It's sad that I didn't drink any alcohol because of the car.
On such a day, I had a glass of Kubota Senju!
The mild aroma.
Smooth and mild on the tongue,
Sweet, with mild acidity.
Soft and rich umami,
Clear and crisp, light and dry.
It is delicious! As expected, it has a sense of stability.
Now, I am preparing for the Niigata Sake Kin no Tatsujin test,
It seems that the first alcoholic beverage of the day makes you feel strong, so it's good to take a sip before you start the sake tasting. Is this true?
If so, I think this is the right sake to drink.
It is said that you should not drink water, but I am not sure. I wonder...it might bring back the taste of the previous drink.
