Iwate prefecture has entered the rainy season! It was moderately sunny and sometimes cloudy today.
I was just washing my car! I was just washing my car 😁.
Last week, we had our ISO surveillance (audit) on Friday, so I spent all day doing paperwork. I was just doing the paperwork 😱.
Every time, I am responding to the auditor's hearing, regretting that I should have done a little bit more than just 5 minutes a day... (smiles).
And when it's over, I have a "one-person party" 🎉.
This time, I opened a bottle of Drunken Whale Lake Ikebaya Original, a birthday present I had received from my brother.
The potato chips were already past their expiration date, but well, a month or so is an error, so we ate them together. 😁
First, the drunken whale.
The sensation of clean, clear water comes to your tongue, and immediately the sourness swells in your mouth.
This sourness seems to be the key point, and when you throw a KOIKEYA potato chip into your mouth with this, the fresh aroma and flavor of yuzu comes, and the dark taste of bonito sakadori (dried bonito stealing) takes over, and the sake goes down smoothly! 😁
I finished it with 2 gou because I have an early day tomorrow!
