Kido, Wakayama Prefecture. It is inexpensive and tasty, and I have bought it many times. This time, too, I found some spring sake, so I got it. I don't think you can get this taste, this aroma, and this throat hit for 1,300 yen anywhere else. If you look at it purely in terms of cost performance, I think it is the best. I can't understand why it's such a good value for money. I will drink it many times from now on.

I found a bottle in support of Ukrainian refugees and bought it without a second thought. I respect the brewery's quick response as they made the labels right after the war started. I hope I can be of some help. The taste is sharp and dry. It is refreshing and absurdly easy to drink. I'm sipping it with gyoza, and I feel it has quite a lot of combination power. I would like to support this brewery because of its good taste and good response.

Spring Sake and Sakura Sake by Senkou. I like Sentori because they make very beautiful labels with beetles and dragonflies. Naturally, I also like the taste. It has a wonderful light sweetness and a clean, refreshing taste. I can continue drinking it with a sense of security without feeling any stress after sipping it. I wish Sentori would sell subscriptions to send seasonal sake on a regular basis.

Sake from Nagasaki, Kyushu. It is quite highly regarded for its exquisite degree of dryness. You are drinking good sake! It makes you feel as if you are in the middle of the world. Is it called "sharpness"? The sensation of drinking sake is amplified by the sensation of the sake going down your throat. It is a sake for sake lovers. It is best to drink it in small sips with an inokuchi (cup).

Kameizumi純米吟醸原酒生酒

Kameizumi's sake is full of sweetness that is uncharacteristic of Kochi. I was a little worried that such a sweet sake would be popular in Shikoku. Personally, I love it. The sake's sake strength of -16 is not a bad thing. I drink a lot of sake, but I have yet to find a sweeter sake than Kameizumi. However, this sweetness is never too strong, so it just keeps on coming into my mouth. It is a sinful sake.

I bought a bottle of nigori sake from Kirinzan because it was on sale at the ISETAN store. It was a great addition to my three-day weekend. The price was a bargain at 1,350 yen. It was as sweet as it looked and soaked into my tired body. After all, sweet sake goes well with a tired body. I enjoy sake more on the defensive than on the offensive. I would like to buy other Kirinzan brands.

I sometimes buy Amami from Yamaguchi prefecture. She is a female toji. The taste is absurdly perfect for my taste. The balance of sourness and sweetness is excellent. I want to drink Amami regularly. For some reason, I can't find it at my favorite izakaya, so I just buy it at the liquor store. I think it is a brand that could be served at a ryotei (Japanese-style restaurant).

First time drinking Ehime sake. It may be that there are only a few of them that make it to Tokyo. It has a strong ginjo aroma, perhaps because it claims to be a spring sake. It has a sweet aroma. However, the taste is clearly dry. I think it is made with an emphasis on sharpness and lightness. Personally, it fits the image of Shikoku sake perfectly. It might be good to sip it over and over while indulging in thoughts of small sips.

First rice wine in a long time. I bought it because it was on sale in collaboration with Mimuro Cedar. I buy Tasake as soon as I see it, but the problem is that it is not sold very often. It tastes very much like sake, but it is completely different from cheap sake from convenience stores. It is my favorite brand, and I think it is the ultimate in sake. It's not the sweet, fruity, trendy flavor. I still conclude that Tazake is delicious.

A collaboration of Tasake and Mimuro Sugi was on sale, so I bought it. I love both brands. They are still delicious. The refreshing sweetness spreads in your mouth and makes you very happy. With this flavor, I can't get enough of it. It was a bit expensive, but sometimes it's good.

Mr. Nanada. I have the impression that Saga's sake is not widely distributed in Tokyo. I've never seen Koueigiku or any other sake from Saga, even at special dealers (sweat). The ratio of polish is 70% to 50%, which is quite rare nowadays. Recently, I've been drinking a lot of brands that are polished to around 50%. As for the taste of the main body, there was a slight bitterness. But this is not a bad thing. However, this is not a bad thing, and it gives a good stimulation to the tongue. A delicious gem!

Is this pure rice wine? Is it brewed sake? The label says that the rice polishing ratio is 50%, but I'm not sure. Well, it's delicious. I think "light and dry" is the best way to describe it. I think it would go really well with snacks (not fish). I think it can be used with fried foods, simmered foods, soy sauce, miso, salt, dashi, mirin, and everything in between. I think I'll go buy some at the convenience store, but I'll get fat, mmmm.

I've been buying Yuki (Ibaraki Prefecture) several times because it's delicious. I chose this one because I saw a nama sake. It seems to be a good idea to understand that Kameguchi-tori is the freshest of the freshly squeezed. Again, the taste was as good as expected. The sweetness is just right for me personally. When I drank it with Apollo Chocolate, the taste was much better. Such a combination may be possible. But this sake also goes well with salted fish. In other words, it is an all-rounder that can be mixed with anything, and I like it that much.

This was probably the first time I bought Tosa Shiragiku. I had a strong image that Kochi sake is spicy and rich, but this one is refreshing and smooth on the palate. It also has a good amount of ginjo aroma and fruitiness. It is a Tosa sake that cannot be described as sweet. It is good to be able to enjoy it while drinking itself.

Second in the series of convenience store sakes, Kikumasamune's Ikegan. This one is also quite good. I drank more than a quart today at the izakaya, but I can still taste it! I've found that convenience store sake is very palatable and perfect for drinkers. It may be mass-produced, but it seems to be studied on a really deep level. To be honest, I'm not sure I could tell the difference between a Tobiroki or Hakkaisan if they were tasted without a label (laughs).

I bought this drink at a convenience store. I started drinking it, nervous that it might be for alcoholics, but it was surprisingly delicious. It's a little dry in the mouth, but it goes down the throat rather nicely and is easy to drink. It was the first time I drank sake through a straw, but I was able to get a good amount of sake into my mouth at a time. It would be hard to drink it all the time, but I think it's a good idea to have it in between junmai sake.

Hakurakusei, the ultimate sake for food. This is the same brewery that also produces Atago no Matsuri, and the brewer is a woman in her 20s. I was just amazed at how they could make such a delicious sake. It was indeed delicious, and I couldn't stop drinking and eating. It's no wonder it has so many calories. It's not too watery, sweet, or fruity, and I think it's purely delicious as a sake. Thanks to this, I drank quite a bit before writing the review. This is a brand of one push, two pushes, and three pushes.

This is the second bottle I have purchased from Gagakuyo (Uta Shiro). Delicious, delicious, delicious. It's amazing that such a delicious sake can be made on Sadogashima. There are many leading brands in Niigata Prefecture, so I'm sure they will be tough to beat, but the taste makes me want to root for them to dominate. I guess you could say it's a sweet, fruity, fragrant, trendy flavor, but the balance is perfect for me personally.

Tomorrow is a bank holiday, so I'm chewing on the happiness of opening my mouth late on a Sunday night. Now, Hakkaisan's unpasteurized sake. It's a brewed sake, not a pure rice sake. Personally, I think Hakkaisan makes better sake when it is brewed. Hakkaisan and Gakki Masamune are the two best brewed sake. I imagine that Royenthal is Hakkaisan and Mittermeier is Gakki Masamune. Those who know what I'm talking about will understand. The price was less than 1,200 yen, so it's one of the best.
