Kameizumi's sake is full of sweetness that is uncharacteristic of Kochi.
I was a little worried that such a sweet sake would be popular in Shikoku. Personally, I love it.
The sake's sake strength of -16 is not a bad thing. I drink a lot of sake, but I have yet to find a sweeter sake than Kameizumi.
However, this sweetness is never too strong, so it just keeps on coming into my mouth. It is a sinful sake.
