Mr. Nanada. I have the impression that Saga's sake is not widely distributed in Tokyo. I've never seen Koueigiku or any other sake from Saga, even at special dealers (sweat).
The ratio of polish is 70% to 50%, which is quite rare nowadays. Recently, I've been drinking a lot of brands that are polished to around 50%.
As for the taste of the main body, there was a slight bitterness. But this is not a bad thing. However, this is not a bad thing, and it gives a good stimulation to the tongue. A delicious gem!
