Is this pure rice wine? Is it brewed sake? The label says that the rice polishing ratio is 50%, but I'm not sure.
Well, it's delicious. I think "light and dry" is the best way to describe it.
I think it would go really well with snacks (not fish). I think it can be used with fried foods, simmered foods, soy sauce, miso, salt, dashi, mirin, and everything in between.
I think I'll go buy some at the convenience store, but I'll get fat, mmmm.
