First time drinking Ehime sake. It may be that there are only a few of them that make it to Tokyo.
It has a strong ginjo aroma, perhaps because it claims to be a spring sake. It has a sweet aroma. However, the taste is clearly dry. I think it is made with an emphasis on sharpness and lightness. Personally, it fits the image of Shikoku sake perfectly. It might be good to sip it over and over while indulging in thoughts of small sips.
