First rice wine in a long time. I bought it because it was on sale in collaboration with Mimuro Cedar. I buy Tasake as soon as I see it, but the problem is that it is not sold very often.
It tastes very much like sake, but it is completely different from cheap sake from convenience stores. It is my favorite brand, and I think it is the ultimate in sake. It's not the sweet, fruity, trendy flavor.
I still conclude that Tazake is delicious.
