Rumiko's sake, which I haven't had in a while 🍶. First of all, it was served cold. In the mouth, the acidity was clear at first, but as you drink it, you don't feel it so much 🙃. After that, while feeling freshness, a rather thin melon juice taste spread from the tip of the tongue, and when I thought sweetness and spiciness appeared, I felt bitterness at the back of the tongue, followed by a lingering sweet taste on the mid-tongue. We continued to serve it warm (40°C). The spiciness comes through from the aroma. The first taste is acidity. After that, the astringency spreads from the tip of the tongue to the middle of the tongue, the sweetness and spiciness stay from the middle of the tongue to the back of the tongue, and the sourness stays in the back of the tongue in the aftertaste. I think I like it better when it is warmed up. When it is cooled down, the flavor of the rice is emphasized 😁.
