Today I was able to buy no.6 in line at Daimaru, and my wife is going to get mad at me if I don't reduce the amount of sake in the fridge. It's been a year since I started buying sake, and I've been able to buy Jyushiyo, Jirijima, Tobiroki, Tobi, Hanayoi, etc, but I thought it would be impossible to get anything other than Shinsei Colors due to the once-in-a-lifetime nature of sake, but for the first time I was able to get my hands on no.6. It's just a matter of drinking it outside, though. Low alcohol, high acidity, flax cat! I think there are a lot of people who like sake and think Shinsei is just too sour. You can't go wrong with warmed Shinsei. You can even drink Yamazaki 18 years with cola! It's okay to say that modern sake is too sweet to pair with sashimi. Amaneko is delicious ^_^.
