I was in a local supermarket where it was ras 1.
My husband found it and bought it for me.
He said it is made from sake rice called sake-komachi 🌾.
It was more robust than the rice wine I used to drink in the past, but it also had a sweet and sour taste.
But I could also taste something like sweet and sourness.
It was delicious.
We had it with horse mackerel sashimi, octopus slices, and furofuki daikon.
