Purchased at a local liquor store The one with the blue Jusui letters (I forgot the specs). I have been telling people around me that I like this sake since I was impressed by it when I drank it a long time ago. I had never seen this one before, so I bought it without hesitation. I bought it without hesitation. It is thick and mild, It tastes soft and crisp with sweetness and acidity. Very tasty. ☺️

KAUSHITO KUHEIJI SAUVAGE Junmai Daiginjo Omachi Polishing ratio 50%. Purchased at a local supermarket My husband prefers Kuheiji when it comes to Aichi sake 😁. It's more umami than floral. I heard it is recommended to drink it with a glass of wine. I'll try drinking it in a wine glass from tomorrow onwards 🍷. I am looking forward to seeing how it will change in the future.

Gohashi Junmai Hiyoroshi Purchased at a local supermarket Sake from Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture It's dry and refreshing, but the umami spreads out and it's delicious! It has a delicious spread of umami flavor! Personally, I thought it would go well with fatty grilled fish. but it would also go well with anything. Even a few days after opening the bottle I think it would be great with grilled fish, but it would also be great with anything!

I was in a local supermarket where it was ras 1. My husband found it and bought it for me. He said it is made from sake rice called sake-komachi 🌾. It was more robust than the rice wine I used to drink in the past, but it also had a sweet and sour taste. But I could also taste something like sweet and sourness. It was delicious. We had it with horse mackerel sashimi, octopus slices, and furofuki daikon. Postscript After a few days have passed since the bottle was opened I started to feel the sweetness more strongly and gradually bitterness also appeared.

Buy at your local supermarket Kochi ingredients for Kochi sake! and I paired it with Kochi bonito tataki. As soon as I opened the cap, I could smell the good smell. This is the first time for me to taste Kameizumi hiyaoroshi, but it has a sweetness like CEL24. It has a sweetness like CEL24, but with a clean aftertaste. I can't wait to try this one 😋.

Nishinomon Junmai Daiginjo 35 Sake I encountered when I visited Zenkoji Temple. I tasted a lot of sake at the store I bought a lot of sake at the store. It has a nice aroma and a refreshing sweetness. I drank it with sashimi and it went very well. A few days after opening the bottle, the sweetness became much stronger. Personally, I prefer it right after opening. Junmai Daiginjo 40 with a red label also has a sweet but tasty flavor. The red label Junmai Daiginjo 40 was also delicious with sweetness and umami.

brewer kuheiji La maison Yamadanishiki My husband bought this sake for me. I've had the purple La maison before, but I've never had the pink label before. but it was my first time to drink the pink label one. I think the purple one was Omachi? I think the purple one is Omachi? A little sourness, sweetness and a little bitterness? It's gorgeous! If I were to drink it with a meal at home I might have liked Omachi better if I were to drink it with meals at home. I think it's a little light as a food sake. But it is delicious 😋.

Shinsai Hihara Sake Yamahai Brewing At a shish-kebabs and oden restaurant in Kyoto I'm a little kid. I usually drink only fruity sake. Shinomine was recommended to me, so I gave it a try. It was dry, but not too harsh. I was eating fried food at the time, so it made my mouth feel refreshed. Delicious! It made me think that there is such a thing as sharp and dry sake. This sake made me think that there is such a thing as a "sharp and dry" sake.
