I was curious about this sparkling wine from Daishinshu Shuzo ^^.
It's sweet, but not overly so, with a dry aftertaste!
It goes well with Japanese food.

When served cold, it has a robust flavor.
On the back of the bottle, it says that it is best served at room temperature or lukewarm
on the back.
When heated, it has a slight sweetness.
I prefer it warmed.

I read it as "Momoharu" but my father corrected me to say "Hyakushun" 😅.
The moment you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and umami spread like wildfire
It's not too much, but not too much either!
