brewer kuheiji La maison Yamadanishiki My husband bought this sake for me. I've had the purple La maison before, but I've never had the pink label before. but it was my first time to drink the pink label one. I think the purple one was Omachi? I think the purple one is Omachi? A little sourness, sweetness and a little bitterness? It's gorgeous! If I were to drink it with a meal at home I might have liked Omachi better if I were to drink it with meals at home. I think it's a little light as a food sake. But it is delicious 😋.

Shinsai Hihara Sake Yamahai Brewing At a shish-kebabs and oden restaurant in Kyoto I'm a little kid. I usually drink only fruity sake. Shinomine was recommended to me, so I gave it a try. It was dry, but not too harsh. I was eating fried food at the time, so it made my mouth feel refreshed. Delicious! It made me think that there is such a thing as sharp and dry sake. This sake made me think that there is such a thing as a "sharp and dry" sake.

Purchased from Shusendo Horikazu mini I've always wanted to try Beaumichel! Chill it well in the fridge before toasting 🥂. I paired it with blue cheese. It tasted sweet and sour, like a white wine! My favorite sake brewery in Kyoto! I like the taste of every brand I drink☺️. This day we drank GHOST (junmai ginjo super low temp aged). Beautiful umami and fruitiness. But it doesn't leave a lasting impression 👻. 2022.10.22 Postscript I had a chance to visit Kyoto again, this time for the second time. My friends said it is a dangerous sake because it is easy to drink.

Sake and slumber My family bought this sake for me and I met it. I drank nigori and junmai ginjo. Both are delicious! Both of them are gorgeous and sweet, but they disappear quickly and easily. They seem to go well with Kyoto's soup stocked meals! It seems to be a very rare sake. I drank it with care.

Oroku Kikei Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake Ichi-san (Kyoto) I ordered this sake thinking that I had never had much sake from Shimane. I ordered it because I have never had so much sake from Shimane. This one hit the jackpot for me personally! I think it is the best sake for a mealtime drink!

At a yakitori restaurant in Fukui. It was labeled dry, but it was easy to drink with a hint of sweetness. It went well with strong flavored yakitori and meals 💕😋💕. At that time, they also had a sake called Hanagaki. I think this one was a little more dry.

I buy only clear, sweet and fruity sake. So my dad bought some sake from the local liquor store. My father buys sake from the local liquor store🤣 When served cold, it has a robust flavor. On the back of the bottle, it says that it is best served at room temperature or lukewarm on the back. When heated, it has a slight sweetness. I prefer it warmed.

Purchased at Naritaya Sake Shop Mino city's local sake I read it as "Momoharu" but my father corrected me to say "Hyakushun" 😅. The moment you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and umami spread like wildfire It's not too much, but not too much either! It's the type of sake you want to sip and savor ✨. I looked at the website of the brewery, Kosaka Shuzojo. I'd like to visit the surrounding townscape as well😊.

Purchased at Liquor Shop Otake (Imaike) It's sweet but not too sweet and it cuts through quickly! It was delicious 😋Cospa is good too! It's a good toast for a party at home🎄🍗 I had it with cured ham on this day. The taste of the wine changed little by little as I drank it. Is it because the lees were not mixed after opening the bottle? I could taste the sweetness of the rice afterwards😊. We drank it together, so the 360ml size was perfect for us 🥂. Even if it's 720ml, this will be gone soon... lol I think it would go well with fig cured ham or something.

Take a bite and be amazed! It has a sweet and sour taste just like when you make Calpis from scratch. It went well with the curry we had for dinner. I've tried it cold, on the rocks, and with soda. I like to drink it on the rocks. It's low in alcohol so you can drink it easily. I'm not sure if that's a bad thing or a bad thing at all. (lol) I would like to drink it with chicken bones from Kagawa someday🐓

Hi Mihopanda ^ ^. My wife loves this sake and we had a bottle when we were shopping yesterday but had to give it up due to the fridge situation😢. It's definitely good with chicken on the bone 👍.
