Sake I encountered when I visited Zenkoji Temple.
I tasted a lot of sake at the store
I bought a lot of sake at the store.
It has a nice aroma and a refreshing sweetness.
I drank it with sashimi and it went very well.
A few days after opening the bottle, the sweetness became much stronger.
Personally, I prefer it right after opening.
Junmai Daiginjo 40 with a red label also has a sweet but tasty flavor.
The red label Junmai Daiginjo 40 was also delicious with sweetness and umami.

It was dry, but not too harsh.

Both of them are gorgeous and sweet, but they disappear quickly and easily.
