Tasake Junmai Ginjo 100% Comet At a local liquor store The bright red label caught my attention and I bought it. I have felt that there are many Gundam-inspired products in the sake world Gundam in the sake world, but there is a sake rice called Comet There is a sake rice called Comet 😁. Tasake has a refreshing sweetness of green apple🍏 type. I had an impression that Tasake has a refreshing sweetness like green apple🍏, but this is a little different? It has a sweetness, but also has a tangy sourness. It has a lingering aftertaste like a sake that is said to be dry. This is delicious!

Ohmine 3grain Summer's coming Purchased at a local liquor store 🍶. The label design is cute with an illustration by Misaki Tanaka ^_^. A refreshing sweet and sour sake with a grapefruit-like citrus flavor! The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink in this hot season. ☺️ It is best to drink it well chilled or on the rocks.

ABE Our Sake vol.18 Kashitori shochu distilled in a distillation machine is used to make this "Hashira shochu-brewed" Kijoshu. A "Hashira Shochu-brewed" Kijo-zake (noble sake) It has a sour, sweet and sour taste! It is a pleasant enough sake to drink alone 🍶. Japanese natural features Melon 3.33 Get it before it sells out: ✌️ Not so much melon in taste but melon in aroma. I also taste green-fleshed melon at the end...? I think so I also like to drink this sake tobikiri heated up. The umami flavor comes out quickly. The salty snacks like bacon and cured ham went well with it. Raw ham melon 🍈.

Gokeiji Junmai Ginjo 100% Ibaraki Prefecture original rice "Fukumaru Also purchased at a nearby liquor store Pink label (spring only?) When I drank the pink label (spring only?) Gokeijo I had an impression that it was delicious, so I bought it. I chose one made with 100% Ibaraki rice. It is full, juicy, robust, and sweet. It also had a feeling like Oumachi! abe vega 2023 fire entry Found this by chance at a liquor store👀. I didn't hesitate to get it because it's Las 1 ✌️ It seems to be a series of sake called Star Series. It's a bit sour with a little bit of sourness and a little bit of sweetness, but it also has a lot of flavor. It's sweet, but also has some flavor. It was a sake that went well on its own and with food✨. I paired it with sea bream sashimi 🍶. I think it is best served in a glass with a wide mouth.

I have been telling people around me that I like this sake since I was impressed by it when I drank it a long time ago. I had never seen this one before, so I bought it without hesitation. KAUSHITO KUHEIJI SAUVAGE Junmai Daiginjo Omachi Polishing ratio 50%. Purchased at a local supermarket My husband prefers Kuheiji when it comes to Aichi sake 😁. It's more umami than floral. I heard it is recommended to drink it with a glass of wine. I'll try drinking it in a wine glass from tomorrow onwards 🍷. I am looking forward to seeing how it will change in the future.

Gohashi Junmai Hiyoroshi Purchased at a local supermarket Sake from Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture It's dry and refreshing, but the umami spreads out and it's delicious! It has a delicious spread of umami flavor! Personally, I thought it would go well with fatty grilled fish. but it would also go well with anything. I was in a local supermarket where it was ras 1. My husband found it and bought it for me. He said it is made from sake rice called sake-komachi 🌾. It was more robust than the rice wine I used to drink in the past, but it also had a sweet and sour taste. But I could also taste something like sweet and sourness. It was delicious. We had it with horse mackerel sashimi, octopus slices, and furofuki daikon. Postscript After a few days have passed since the bottle was opened I started to feel the sweetness more strongly and gradually bitterness also appeared.

Buy at your local supermarket Kochi ingredients for Kochi sake! and I paired it with Kochi bonito tataki. As soon as I opened the cap, I could smell the good smell. This is the first time for me to taste Kameizumi hiyaoroshi, but it has a sweetness like CEL24. It has a sweetness like CEL24, but with a clean aftertaste. I can't wait to try this one 😋.
