You can purchase it at Mimasu Sake Shop. The aroma is dry and fruity. The taste is clean and sharp. The sake level is ±0 following that of Takefuki, so it does not taste sweet in the mouth. This is not the case. In order to check the change of taste, I prepared some pickled Chinese cabbage and cucumber and drank it. (Both are pickled with salt) With Asazuke and Hoshitenkou, the taste was the same, clear and sharp, with a little sourness and a hint of sweetness, but there was not much difference from drinking Hoshitenkou alone. In the case of firmly pickled and Hoshitenkoume, the latter half of Hoshitenkoume is as clear as ever, and I felt it was quite sweet when I sipped it. Personally, I liked the latter more, so... I was drinking with 711 salted grilled salmon (300 yen including tax), but I think 711 salted grilled salmon is also a grilled fish with a lot of oil, but Hoshitenkourou still had a sweet mouthfeel and a clean aftertaste, so I thought it would make a good sake for a meal. I thought it was a good food sake. But this time, we had salted and grilled fish. I'd like to prepare more than just salted sake... I'd like to prepare more than just salty ones.

It has a restrained fruity flavor and a mature, slightly carbonated cider feel. While most of Eikoh-fuji's seasonal sakes are sweet with a negative sake content, Takefuki is a Jun-Dai, but the sake content is not too sweet. However, this is also a delicious sake. In the case of Takefuki, the second half... Bitterness, or astringency, or... I think you can see the face of Eikoh-fuji, which is different from the fruit-like sweet and delicious thing. But... That's also good.

Hachimaru is the reason why I love Orochi so much. It is slightly sweet and delicious. I used to be astonished that the bitterness in sake could be so delicious! I was astonished in the past, but... It's not a fruity or sweet scent, but more of a rice scent. It smells like rice. When I passed by a rice mill in the past, or when I scooped rice from a cup, I smelled... The smell of rice. It also has a hint of cemedine in it. Next... It tastes like a traditional sake. It's not sweet like fruit, nor does it have a distinct sake feel. It's just a slightly sweet mouthfeel... Hmm... To be honest, it's hard to describe, but w It's the Goshoso we get at New Year's. It's like a better version of that... It's like that! It's like you're drinking a liquid that condenses the original flavor of rice. It's not the fruity flavor that is so popular these days, nor is it the traditional sake flavor. This is genuine sake made from rice! This is the true sake made from rice! I think you can taste it. Honestly, until now... It's so good sake that it's a wonder there isn't more sake of this level on the market. I thought. (This is my personal opinion).

I was able to buy this year again safely, Eikoh Fuji's Nanaboshi. The aroma is fruity and similar to melon. And the taste is sweet and juicy. But it's not too sweet, it's refreshing, and it's a representative of dangerous sake that you can gulp down. From today, the tense situation will continue until the end of GW, and more than half of the pubs in the area will be closed until the end of GW because of the ban on serving alcohol. Many of the kakudo-uchi (corner bars) where you can drink on the spot are also closed because of this, but the liquor stores that only sell alcohol are still open. Therefore... I have a prediction that liquor stores will be more crowded this time than ever before. Even on holidays after the tense situation was lifted, people lined up to enter some shops, but... This time, it's difficult to drink outside. If this is the case, liquor stores are going to be crowded to drink at home. Shopping for alcohol on the internet... There's also the option of shopping for sake online, but many places are closed on holidays. I bought Nanaboshi yesterday before it got too crowded. Because it's going to be difficult to go out drinking from today, the pubs were very crowded yesterday, but the liquor stores were surprisingly empty, so I was happy to be able to buy it without difficulty.

It's pure rice, but maybe because it's raw sake... There is a good amount of aroma reminiscent of fruity sweetness. In the mouth, it has a freshness that is unique to nama-shu. It has a freshness that is unique to unpasteurized sake. As you would expect from a junmai-shu, even though the rice used is the refreshing Gohyakumangoku and Yamadanishiki, you can still feel the full flavor of the rice! Maybe... I wonder if it's a combination of Yamadanishiki's flavor and Gohyakumangoku's refreshing flavor? The aftertaste is moderate. Not too short and not too long. You can feel that you are drinking a good sake. Jijima may be the most famous sake in Mie, but Jijima is basically sold by lottery (like Jyushiro, due to resale and other factors), so... I think it's the best sake you can buy in Mie. I think it's so delicious.

It's Junmai Daiginjo, but the aroma is mature... If I had to say... The strength of the aroma is so subdued that I wonder if it is Junmai Ginjo class. It's not as strong as a Junmai Ginjo. The first sip is delicious. You can feel a hint of the fresh sake's characteristic peachy, squishy feeling. It tastes... Slightly sweet, but not too sweet. The alcohol feeling seems a little strong, but it's not the subtle kind like those strong cans, but the alcohol feeling of a good one w The aftertaste is... I wonder... There is some bitterness, but the rice flavor lingers for a very long time. From the second sip onwards, the lingering aftertaste of the previous sip never disappears, and it continues to build upon itself. The intensity of the aftertaste increases with each sip. This is... This is not a sake to be drunk by itself, but a perfect sake to be enjoyed with food. The rice flavor that attacks in the latter half of the sake becomes more and more overpowering when drunk by itself. This sake has a strong statement of its own. Therefore... Even if the taste is a little strong, it will be surprisingly good with this sake. The taste does not fit into the specific name of Junmai Daiginjo. This may be a sake that overturns the conventional wisdom.

The aroma is juicy melon. It tastes like melon juice... I wonder if the ingredient is not rice but melon. I doubt it. Even though it is shipped as a dry sake, it tastes like melon juice, so I don't know what is dry about it... I thought it was a dry sake, but the aftertaste is droning, so maybe it is called dry because of its sharpness? It was a perfect match with the Mame-Raccoon Wasabi Inari. However, when I drank it with something more salty than takikomi-gohan (cooked rice), the melon-like flavor disappeared, and I could only feel a strong alcohol feeling. (It was as if I drank disinfectant.) Also, although I haven't actually eaten it... I felt that it didn't go well with dessert type as well.

Sweet! On its own, the drink is refreshing, but sweet. But... As it says on the back of the label, it goes well with sushi and sashimi! And because it has the gravity of a junmai sake, it was a sake that doesn't lose to sushi and sashimi in a good way. Personally, I felt the happiest when marrying it with sea bream sashimi. It also goes well with fatty yellowtail and salmon, but personally, sea bream sashimi won the prize.

I was wondering if it was okay to drink it at home for dinner alone... So, I drank it at home without hesitation. The aroma is... Not too overpowering, not too subdued, but elegant, gentle, and fluffy. In the mouth... Sweet! But it's refreshing, and you can drink it easily... It's not crisp and sharp, but the sweet flavor of the rice melts away quickly. This is... It's a class that I feel guilty drinking alone at home, but if I drank it with a lot of people, it would disappear fast, so I'm happy to have it all to myself. It's 2550 yen + tax for a 4-pack bottle, so it's a bit more expensive than the average 4-pack Junmai Daiginjo (I think the average price is around 2000 yen), but... I think this is a delicious product that you should buy without hesitation when you find it!

It's been a long time since I've felt the slight carbonation characteristic of nama-shu. Recently, most of the Omachi sake I've been drinking has been dry and refreshing. Morishima's Omachi is a Junmai Daiginjo with a nice aroma, but the flavor unique to Omachi comes rushing in from the moment you put it in your mouth. The feeling that you are drinking Omachi sake is unbelievable. The lingering flavor doesn't go away. However, it is wonderful that it does not remain in an unpleasant way at all. Even though the lingering umami continues, there is no sense of miscellaneous flavors. When I was drinking the sake by itself, I wanted to eat something with a slightly strong flavor, such as grilled pork. However... I don't know what I was thinking, but I was drinking it while eating zoni, a soup with rice cakes in it... Is it because it is Junmai Daiginjo? It is delicious even with the lightly flavored ozoni without feeling any discomfort at all.

I saw it on Twitter and got the desire to buy the jackets so I bought it. Nine tails... The label design reminds me of a nine-tailed fox, but if you look carefully, the fox looks like the Japanese archipelago... I think it's nice. On the website, it is described as being brewed with an 8:2 (Yume:Tochi) blend of Yume-Sasara, which is suitable for Daiginjo, and Tochi Sake 14, which is suitable for Junmaishu. This is the first time I've tasted Kuo in my own sake history... Let's try it. The aroma has a strong ginjo flavor, and you can tell it's going to be good just from the smell. When you put it in your mouth, it is smooth and elegantly sweet. From the latter half to the lingering aftertaste, there is just a little bit of a moderate bitterness, and it can be drunk smoothly until the very end. The alcohol content is 17 degrees, but it is so elegant that you don't feel the alcohol at all. On the website, the brewer said that it goes well with light foods, so... I tried to marry it with sashimi of sea bream and flatfish... The result... This is the right one! and it was a deliciousness that defies vocabulary. Nine fish... I'd like to follow it in the future when the timing is right.

Pineapple candy, pineapple juice... The CEL-24 of Kameisen is quite famous for such things as I haven't eaten or drunk pineapple candy or pineapple juice lately, so I didn't feel like it at all. I didn't have a feeling at all. The aroma and taste were both sweet. It's more of a sake to drink with dessert after a meal. So... We had it with chocolate, and although the sake itself is sweet, it is a delicious sake that has no problem marrying with sweet things.

Danrei-kei is the mainstream in Niigata Prefecture. Bizen Omachi is a pure Dai... Well, what do you think... The aroma is, as expected, Jun-Dai. The aroma is fruity and good. In the mouth, the sweetness and the flavor of Omachi are exquisite, and it is smooth and crisp. Omachi has a strong image of being rich and mellow, but this may be the first time to have an Omachi that is smooth while retaining a good amount of flavor. This is quite delicious. I usually drink it with snacks, but this was the first time I had Hishiko, so I enjoyed it only as a sake, but I think it can also be used as a sake with food. The rich and mellow Omachi sake goes well with creamy things, but I thought this one would go well with a variety of things.
