Yamori is really good! It is pure rice, so the aroma is more mature, but the rice flavor and taste are rich. Marry it with Umazura-hagi sashimi and liver, and Aji Namero. Delicious. Not too flashy, not too plain. Yamori may be the best choice for holidays when you want to relax and chew on your happiness.

The strawberry yogurt feeling is there again this year, and it is a dangerous drink that can be gobbled up. Spring-like peach-colored nigori sake has been on the rise at other breweries recently, but I personally think Oze Snow's peach-colored nigori may be my favorite.

The aroma is fruity, and the taste is sweet and slightly sour in the mouth. You can fully enjoy the sweet and savory taste of the rice. The alcohol feeling is moderate, so you can drink it smoothly. It is a marriage of grilled salmon and lebanilla. It was also delicious with lebanilla, but I thought it would be better to enjoy the sake with something as simple as grilled salmon. Also, I wanted to eat Chawanmushi.

A triple star with crystal clear alcohol and a pineapple-like acidity. Because I bought Jun Gin... The color of the label is no longer reminiscent of Jet Stream Attack, but... Regardless of the story, it's a sure thing that this is a good one! You can buy it at the Mimasu Sake Shop.

Pink-colored nigori sake. It has a sweet and sour taste like strawberries, but it is not overpowering and can be drunk easily. The alcohol content is 12 degrees, which is on the low side for sake, so you can gulp it down like sweet and sour juice. It's only available in 1 square bottle, but the price is 2,300 yen plus tax... Is it cheap when you think about it?

Purchased at Ginza Kimishima-ya, a special agent. (It is a branch of Yokohama Kimijimaya.) Fresh Ousaku. Delicious! It's a little peculiar sake, unlike the sake of today... Personally, I find this peculiarity to be the part that makes it delicious. I think this is a sake that people like and dislike quite differently, but if you want to pair it with something like chicken tataki sashimi on kombu with salt... Or... I think this fresh sake tastes better when paired with something light and crisp.

It's sweet, but it's got the right amount of sake in it. It seems to go well with baked cheesecake that is not too sweet, and bitter chocolate. Since it is a 500ml bottle size.... Needless to say, it was empty in less than an hour!

It's a sweet and savoury type of sake, but with a stronger alcoholic sensation that I've never really felt in Yamadanishiki sake, for intermediate drinkers. Well... The alcohol content is 17 degrees, so it may be reasonable. As a Junmai sake... From the point of view of a Junmaishu, the aroma is gorgeous and blooming, so it has a bit of a Ginjo feel to it. The taste is quite robust, so it's no wonder it's called Junmaishu. It is a raw sake, so it feels a little young... I think you can drink it like a good quality white wine. I think so... Actually, I haven't tried it myself, but I think it would go well with pizza or something at a party, rather than drinking it alone in an izakaya. I think so. (That's not a good analogy for the current times, though.) This is just my personal opinion. Basically, Yamada Nishiki sake is easy to drink and popular with everyone, so if you buy it just because it's Yamada, you might miss out. I thought so. However, I myself consider diversity to be a good thing, so if you are able to feel that way, I think you will be able to enjoy it.

Sweet deliciousness: ！！！！！！ Holy cow! No, this... You don't need to be an Omachist to enjoy this! I have to admit, I've drunk a lot of sake, but this is so good that I can understand why people call it "Omachist"! I've also had the previous year's Akaiwa Omachi Eikoh Fushi, and to be honest, I think this year's Akaiwa Omachi Eikoh Fushi is a huge success. With Omachi sake, the best accompaniment is basically fish grilled in Saikyo in my opinion... But this time I couldn't be bothered to get it, so I had it with a miso chicken cutlet from Famima... This was the right choice!

It's Omachi, but you can drink it smoothly. I think it's just right for Omachi beginners, but for genuine Omachi people, it might be a little bit lacking. But it was delicious ^^.

The scent is gorgeous and sweet, but not sticky. If I had to compare it to... Is it sweet and sour like a bright red ripe strawberry? Oze Snow is good at this kind of thing, isn't he? I drank it, it has quite a sweet taste... It's not only good with boiled pork, but also with sweets such as pudding. If it's not a very sweet snack that hits you in the face... You know?

I bought this in 2020 because I had some left over (left over drinking? wow). Myonobu is still juicy and delicious. Now I can finally finish 2020 and push forward with 2021 on the World Wide Web. While drinking such delicious food, I can support the reconstruction of Kumamoto Castle... It's a good buy, I always think when I buy the Morikuma series.

Sweet delicious! The best of the best! The alcohol content was 20 degrees, so I drank it on the rocks... It was so sweet, or maybe it was because it was on the rocks, but it was a dangerous one that I could drink easily.

The aroma is fruity. Sweet, but refreshing, with a nice lingering finish! You can feel the flavor of the rice, but the aftertaste is clean and you can gulp it down! I've had a lot of Eikoh Fuji, but all of them are easy to understand the difference, and all of them are sweet and delicious, so I've been recommending them to the sake beginners around me.
