We received it as a consecrated sake from Mitsui Home.
It's a Junmai Ginjo. The rice polishing ratio is 55%, and the alcohol degree is 1÷ degree. The percentage of koji rice used is 15%.
It is a gift, but it is very easy to drink and has no habitual taste. It is a little sweet and moist. It goes well with fish. I'll have it with my usual tuna sashimi!
