It's been a long time since I went to the Fukushimakan in Nihonbashi.
The taste is very refreshing, but the alcohol content is high. It rolls around on the tongue. It is sure to change the taste.
The rice is polished to 50% and the alcohol content is 15 degrees. The rice used is 20% koji rice Gohyakumangoku, 72% Kake rice Gohyakumangoku, and 6% Himenomochi.
