It's quite good as a food wine. It's the best sake I've had recently. It is a sake that is refreshing, yet has depth and makes you feel like you are drinking sake.
There are many sake that are like water, but this one mixes well with sashimi in the mouth and is great with yellowtail and tuna oil.
The rice polishing rate is 60% for koji rice and 70% for kake rice, and I might not have bought it if the rice polishing rate was this high, but since it was recommended by Sake no Wa, I talked to the liquor store and bought it.
It was good.
