It's firm. It's more tart than fruity. The aroma and flavor spread in the mouth.
It is thick. It is 55% polished rice and 15% alcohol by volume.
The brewery is located in Imaichi, Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture, and the brewer was probably at Matsuya Asakusa today selling it.
It was made in January of this year, so it is very fresh. It will probably change its taste.
This is the second day. It didn't change the taste much. I think it has become a little more mature.
