It has been a long time since I had a sake from Nara.
It is said to be made from 100% Yamadaho, the parent of Yamada Nishiki.
It is easy to drink. My wife was surprised at how easy it is to drink.
It is thick but has a long aftertaste. The flavor spreads in the mouth. You can feel the umami component.
The rice polishing ratio is 60% and the alcohol content is 15%. It is delicious.
